Roasting weekly in small batches in the West Bottoms ensures the best flavors. and you'll notice the freshest notes of sweet maize, cocoa, and bourbon in your cup. The farm, Los Caulotes, is located in the mountainous region of  Quetzaltepeque, Guatemala. For generations, the family has maintained a commitment to the land, legacy, and people.  The farmers work hard to ensure the highest quality product possible to share with the world. We think you’ll enjoy it as much as we do.

The weekly share is one quart of freshly roasted coffee in a reusable or returnable glass mason jar.
