Au Contraire has risen to be one of the city’s most sought-after bakeries. We are thrilled that Baker Gail has committed to continue this relationship. With this subscription, you will receive one loaf of artisan bread each week made by Au Contraire Bakery. We’ll introduce you to some of the most wholesome and delicious bread in the area. Some of the breads you can expect are sourdough, ciabatta, country French, multigrain, semolina, sourdough rye, walnut raisin, sourdough, and rosemary garlic.

Au Contraire breads are available by pre-ordered share either individually, or as an add-on to your regular CSA. Your bread will be delivered to the farm and ready for your pick up during our regular farmers market on Wednesdays from 3-6 pm, or delivered if you have that CSA option.
