FARM FEST MARKET VENDOR REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Thank you for your interest in vending at the Farm Fest Market!

This year we are requesting that vendors pay a fee for participation. This is different than in years past, but necessary this year to keep Farm Fest activities free for the community.

Vendor Fee Options

  • $20 

    • Reserves your space in the Farm Fest Market

    • Your organization/company/vendor name will be listed on the website and in promotional materials

    • If you have social media handles, we will tag you in social media posts to boost promotion

OR you may prefer…

  • $50 promotional rate includes:

    • A featured photo post in Farm Fest promotions on our social media with over 10,000 followers across channels

    • A link to your website or social media page and shoutout in our newsletter to 6,000+ subscribers

To register as a vendor at Farm Fest and make your payment using card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, please select your fee rate, click “Add to Cart”, and complete the registration form. You may then need to navigate to the shopping cart in the top right corner of the webpage to complete the payment process.

Be prepared to answer the following questions:
* Your Name
* Your business/ operation name as you want it in promotional materials
* A brief description of your goods/services
* A link to your website or social media if applicable

Farm Fest Market Vendor Fee & Registration

The address of Common Ground is 2443 S. 42nd Street, KCKS, 66106.

Because FARM FEST is a BLOCK PARTY, the road will be closed between Gibbs and Dodson.
Navigate to Shawnee Drive and South 42nd St. and look for signs directing to Farm Fest.

VENDORS SHOULD BE SET UP BY 1 pm.
Upon arrival, you will enter the gates to Common Ground and be directed to your vendor spot.
Once you are set up, unless your vehicle is crucial to your booth, we ask that you move your car to one of the parking lots indicated on the map below. We will have shuttles to bring you back and forth from the event space.
The event ends at 6 pm at which time you may bring your vehicle back to the space to tear-down.
