Regardless of whether you're a new or established grower, grants provide opportunities to get support for start-up costs, scale your business, or recover from challenges. There are many grants available, both from the government bodies as well as from private foundations and community organizations. Did you know that KC F.A.R.M.E.R.S. But, there is also a lot to consider and much to manage, so it's helpful to learn best practices to look for, apply and manage grants for your operation. KC F.A.R.M.E.R.S. Coalition members tell us this is an important topic, so we are working to put together educational resources and trainings with the help of knowledgeable community partners, like K-State Research and Extension and The Toolbox KC.
