Tofu Lettuce Wraps
2 Tbs. Toasted sesame oil
1 lb. Drained Central Soy Food tofu, plain, crumbled
2 Tbs. Tamari
1 Tbs. Chili Garlic Sauce
1/8 c. Crushed toasted peanuts
1 Bunch of finely sliced noodle beans
1/4 c. Shredded carrots
1 Bunch of finely chopped destemmed cilantro
10 large full lettuce leaves
Heat oil in saute pan and once oil starts to smoke add crumbled tofu. Do not stir for a couple of minutes while cooking on high heat. Gently filip tofu evenly to cook the other side for an additional minute. Hit tofu with a mixture of tamari and garlic chili sauce. Stir until tofu is coated evenly. Remove from heat to a mixing bowl and stir in noodle beans and carrots. Chill mixture in refridgerator for 1 hour the stir in cilantro. Scoop mixture into individule lettuce leafs creating little tofu filled boats on a tray. Serve as finger food.
