FARM STOP + MARKET
In response to overwhelming community feedback, KC Farm School is expanding access to its fresh, healthy food and food from other local producers to three times each week beginning on April 29th. We’re implementing a farm stop! Farm Stops are a bit more like a grocery store than a farmers market. We’ll have all the usual goods available inside for your comfort including our own regeneratively grown produce and goods from our trusted partners.
Come to the farm and shop and, like always, be ready to be greeted by our friendly staff! The days and times of Farm Stop operation are Wednesday evenings from 3-7 pm; and on Thursday and Saturday mornings from 9am- 1pm.
The location remains the same: KC Farm School’s Common Ground located at 2443 S. 42nd St., Kansas City, KS 66106.
We’ll still host regular farmers markets throughout the season and will feature music, educational opportunities, farm tours, and other vendors at those events.

We loved welcoming 4,403 of our neighbors on-farm to our 2025 weekly farmers market while providing over 30 vendors the opportunity to share their food and goods with the community.
A lot of food was shared and a lot of friends were made.
An update about our 2026 Farmers Market…
We’ve hosted a weekly farm stand or farmers market since 2019, and with the addition of our KC Farm School FARM STOP this year, we are switching things up! Since you can shop 3 times per week for locally and regeneratively grown produce and goods at the FARM STOP, we will be hosting MONTHLY Farmers Markets instead of weekly this year.
You can bet they’ll be even better than last year’s, and we urge you to visit WyCo Farmers Market Coalition member markets too!
