This subscription will provide you one farm-curated cheese wedge each week. Some of the rotating varieties are Caerphilly Cheddar, Gouda, Jalapeno Gouda, Skyview Prairie, Fontina, Himmelsburg, Asiago, and Mine Creek Cheddar. The weight of each wedge is approximately 8 oz.
Skyview Creamery and Farm practices organic farm management, and their cheese is made with no antibiotics or artificial growth hormones. Their animals eat foods typical of their wild cousins, graze as much as possible, and rotate paddocks to allow the foragers to thrive.
With this add-on subscription, you will receive one aged cheese share each week. The aged cheese shares are available by pre-ordered share either individually, or as an add-on to your regular CSA. Your cheese will be delivered to the farm and ready for your pick up during our regular farmers market on Wednesdays from 3-6 pm, or delivered if you have that CSA option. With this cheese subscription, you will receive cheese every week.
The cost per ten-week share is $90 plus tax.
